AMI Beach Weddings, based in Anna Maria Island, has been recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as one of America’s Top 100 Small Businesses on the CO—100 list. This selection was made from over 12,500 small businesses across the country. The company was chosen for its growth, community involvement, and commitment to delivering memorable wedding experiences along Florida’s Gulf Coast. In addition to being included in the top 100, AMI Beach Weddings received the Customer Champion distinction, an honor given to only ten businesses nationwide for exceptional customer service.

The CO—100 features business owners and founders from 35 states and Washington, D.C., covering a range of industries such as technology, sustainable manufacturing, creative services, and retail.

“This recognition is a reflection of why we do this work: to celebrate love, lift up local small businesses, and support our community. I’m proud of the celebrations we’ve created for couples and families, and it is humbling to see that commitment recognized on a national stage,” said Karen Riley-Love, founder and owner of AMI Beach Weddings.

Riley-Love will attend events in Washington, D.C., from October 6–8 at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters. She stated: “We can’t wait to bring a touch of Anna Maria Island’s coastal charm to the nation’s capital.”

At an awards dinner during these events, ten businesses will be honored for achievements in various categories with $2,000 each. One business will receive the title of America’s Top Small Business along with a $25,000 award.

“Small businesses are the heartbeat of our economy, and their stories are nothing short of extraordinary,” said Jeanette Mulvey, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “The CO—100 honorees exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, adapt with agility, and build with vision. These entrepreneurs and teams are not only shaping their local communities—they’re setting new standards for what’s possible in business.”

Further information about all CO—100 honorees can be found on the U.S. Chamber website.
