The Florida Board of Governors is scheduled to meet virtually on December 12, 2025. The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. and will be held via Zoom.

During the full board session, members will consider confirming the University of South Florida President-Elect. The agenda also includes a review for approval of public notice regarding amendments to Board of Governors Regulations 8.011, 9.007, and 10.015.

The Nomination and Governance Committee is set to discuss the appointment of university trustees and consider approval for public notice of intent to amend Board of Governors Regulations 1.001 and 1.002.
