Katie Yeutter, Chief Financial, Strategy & Operations Officer and President of the Leadership Cabinet at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, has been named an honoree for the 2025 Above and Beyond Awards. The annual event in Tallahassee recognizes women leaders across Florida who have made significant contributions in fields such as government, public service, politics, media, education, nonprofit work, and business.

“I am humbled to be recognized among such an inspiring group of women who are making a difference across our state,” said Katie Yeutter. “At the Florida Chamber, we believe in building a brighter future for Florida through leadership, innovation and collaboration, and I am honored to be a part of that mission every day.”

Karen Moore, Founder & CEO of The Moore Agency and Incoming Chair of the Florida Chamber Foundation, commented on Yeutter’s selection: “I am delighted that Katie Yeutter is being recognized with this significant statewide award. Her work with the Florida Chamber and the Leadership Cabinet has been a game changer for our state.”

Mark Wilson, President & CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, also praised Yeutter’s leadership: “Katie Yeutter embodies the Florida Chamber’s mission to secure Florida’s future. Her leadership has transformed the way Florida’s business community comes together to solve challenges and seize opportunities. I am proud to work alongside Katie and to see her receive this well-deserved recognition. From driving the Florida 2030 Blueprint to strengthening the Leadership Cabinet, she continues to make an extraordinary difference for Florida.”

Yeutter joined the Florida Chamber in 2019. She manages finances, operations, long-term strategy and leads the Leadership Cabinet. Her efforts have focused on aligning resources and partnerships to advance initiatives like the Florida 2030 Blueprint. She is also noted for mentoring emerging leaders statewide and uniting businesses around shared objectives.

Matt Higgins, Co-Founder and CEO of RSE Ventures, highlighted her impact: “Katie Yeutter is a visionary partner and leader. Her bold bias toward action is the reason we transformed a seed of an idea into a groundbreaking partnership with Abu Dhabi. Co-leading the Florida Chamber’s 2025 CEO Delegation to the UAE, I saw firsthand how Katie’s infectious advocacy positions Florida businesses on the global stage. The same qualities she brings to building world-class convenings like the Florida Chamber Leadership Conference on Safety, Health & Sustainability—clarity of vision, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on impact—make her an extraordinary force for good. Her recognition with the Above and Beyond Award is a fitting tribute to the way she elevates Florida’s business community every single day.”

Bill Yeargin, President & CEO of Correct Craft, added: “Katie Yeutter’s leadership has been transformative for Florida’s business community. Through the Florida Chamber’s Leadership Cabinet, she has brought together companies like Nautique and many others to tackle the toughest issues impacting the health, safety, and sustainability of our state. Katie leads with both vision and determination, creating solutions that strengthen Florida today and build a brighter future for tomorrow. Her recognition with the Above and Beyond Award is well deserved, and I am grateful to call her a partner in advancing Florida’s business leadership.”

The 2025 Above and Beyond Awards ceremony will take place on October 8 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Tallahassee.
