The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) is set to hold a Commission Conference on November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Tallahassee. The event will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

After the conference, an Internal Affairs meeting will be held, followed by a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. During this hearing, the FPSC will review cost recovery issues for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. This includes consideration of costs related to fuel, conservation, environmental measures, capacity, purchased gas, and storm protection plans. The proceeding aims to determine projected recovery factors for 2026 and address true-up amounts from 2024 and 2025.

Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation during the conference. Those interested in participating are encouraged to contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

If necessary, the hearing may continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and Hearing will be available online through the FPSC’s website under “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Additionally, coverage may be provided by the Florida Channel depending on local listings.
