IAM District 160 organized a fundraiser at Topgolf in Renton, Washington, raising over $30,000 for Guide Dogs of America | Tender Loving Canines (GDA | TLC). The event drew more than 100 participants, including union members, their families, and supporters. Activities included golf games, bingo, raffle prizes, and a silent auction. The fundraiser supported GDA | TLC’s work providing service dogs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired, veterans, and children with autism at no cost.

“The IAM’s commitment to Guide Dogs of America goes back decades,” said IAM Western Territory General Vice President Robert “Bobby” Martinez. “Our members have always answered the call to give back, and this fundraiser is another example of the compassion and strength that defines our union family.”

Zac Collins, Business Representative for IAM District 160, led the organization of the event.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers has supported GDA | TLC for many years. This recent fundraising effort adds to the significant financial contributions made by IAM members in support of the charity’s mission.
