Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will host a series of holiday events this December, including the debut of “Kennedy Under the Stars: Holiday Edition.” The event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, December 19 and 20, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and requires a separate ticket priced at $65 per person.
During these after-hours evenings, visitors can access attractions such as Heroes & Legends, Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex, Journey To Mars, Space Shuttle Atlantis, and Planet Play. The Rocket Garden will feature lights and a dance party. A custom drone show is planned for both nights.
Entertainment includes performances by The Vocalitas singing holiday classics, stilt-walking characters, and an elf on a Penny Farthing bicycle. Other activities include the Rocket Tree Trail scavenger hunt and photo opportunities with the Mars Rover decorated as Rudolph. Guests are invited to wear space-themed holiday attire; masks or face coverings are not allowed. Parking is complimentary with admission. Special retail items will be available for purchase during the event.
The “Holidays in Space” program continues from December 21–30, 2025 (except December 25), featuring new decorations and a drone show telling the story of Starflake—a character formed from a meteor shower who travels through NASA’s major programs before creating a cosmic tree. Premium viewing tickets for the drone show will be offered on select nights via KennedySpaceCenter.com.
Additional offerings include an upcoming live character show in Universe Theater and an interactive family breakfast experience during the holidays.
A Holiday Dining Package is also available for presale only between December 15–19 and December 22–January 2. Priced at $39.99 per person plus admission, it includes one meal at select cafes, a refillable souvenir cup, one snack, and two additional snacks or Space Dots options.
