Old Town in Kissimmee, Florida, marked several milestones in 2025, including the opening of new dining and entertainment options for visitors. The district, known for its shops, food venues, and events over the past 34 years, hosted the 35th Anniversary of its Saturday Night Classic Car Show and Cruise in March. In April, Old Town introduced its first Easter Bunny meet and greet event.
In February, Maw’s Mountain Moonshine began operations as the area’s first craft cocktail distillery. The locally owned business offers guests a range of experiences such as moonshine tastings at a dedicated counter and custom-made cocktails prepared by in-house mixologists. Visitors can also purchase mason jars of moonshine in various strengths and flavors including Apple Pie, Peach Cobbler, and Blueberry Muffin. On select weekends, live country music is performed on the lawn next to the store where guests can listen from hand-carved log benches.
Tacos Padrisimo joined Old Town’s lineup of restaurants in April. Previously operating as a food truck and with a location in Winter Garden, Tacos Padrisimo is recognized for using fresh ingredients to prepare Mexican dishes like birria tacos, carne asada tacos, tacos al pastor, quesadillas, burritos, flautas, elotes, esquites, and tamales. The restaurant now has a permanent presence at Old Town.
