Palm Beach County condo sales hold steady with over $31M in weekly closings

Palm Beach County saw stable condo sales and dollar volume for the week ending August 17. Brokers completed 64 condo transactions totaling $31.4 million, matching the previous week’s dollar volume with only two fewer sales.

The average sale price increased to $491,305 from $413,454 the prior week. The average price per square foot also rose to $328 from $278, according to Redfin data.

Among the top 10 condo sales last week, prices ranged from $717,500 to $2.8 million.

The highest-priced transaction was unit 1708 at Toscana South in Highland Beach, which sold for $2.8 million or $985 per square foot. Judith Randon of Judith Randon Realty and Nancy Ghen of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the listing; Jonathan Lewis of Elite Realty of South Florida represented the buyer.

Unit 3102 at Havn Residences & Yacht Club in Palm Beach Shores was the second-highest sale at $2.5 million or $939 per square foot. Thomas Murray and Alyssa Ward with Compass listed the property; Jade Mather with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

Other notable transactions included a unit at Chalfonte in Boca Raton that sold for $1.71 million ($1,181 per square foot) and a unit at Jupiter Country Club that closed for $717,500 ($338 per square foot).
