Board-certified interventional pain management physician Srishti Srivastava, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care in Miami. Dr. Srivastava brings experience in combining interventional procedures with complementary medicine to address chronic pain.
Her clinical focus includes treating degenerative spine disorders, headache and craniofacial pain, pelvic and musculoskeletal pain, as well as neuropathic conditions. She is skilled in medication management, functional rehabilitation, injection-based procedures, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, and intrathecal pump management.
Before joining Baptist Health, Dr. Srivastava worked at Pain Treatment Centers of America and White River Health Pain Management in Batesville, Arkansas.

Dr. Srivastava received her medical degree from the University of Manchester School of Medicine in the United Kingdom. She completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Miami’s Jackson Health System and a fellowship in pain medicine at Stanford Medicine.
She emphasized her approach by saying: “I prioritize my patients’ individual needs, validate their experience of pain and foster a strong therapeutic alliance through shared decision-making.”
Fluent in English and Hindi, Dr. Srivastava will see patients at Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care’s Coral Gables location on Salzedo Street.
