Tara Levine, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Concierge Medicine in Delray Beach, Florida. Dr. Levine is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and brings experience in preventive care, chronic disease management, and ongoing medical coordination for concierge medicine patients. Her clinical interests include women’s health, geriatrics, and longevity.
Before joining Baptist Health, Dr. Levine spent 17 years practicing at Conviva Care Center in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Dr. Levine earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. During her residency, she received the Johanson Excellence in Medical Humanism Award for her commitment to treating patients with empathy and respect.
Dr. Levine stated: “I integrate lifestyle counseling into routine visits, incorporating exercise, nutrition and evidence-based preventive strategies to help patients prevent disease, maintain independence as they age and foster lifelong wellness,” she said. “I am committed to serving as a steady partner in each patient’s health journey.”
She is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish. Dr. Levine will see patients at Baptist Health Concierge Medicine | Delray Beach located at 16313 S. Military Trail.
